You should submit your first meter readings within 5 days of your switch completing.
We'll email to remind you, and you can also track this in your Bulb account. We'll send these readings to your old supplier so they can give you a final bill.
If you can't submit meter readings at this time, we'll use estimates and you can give us a reading at a later date.
You can submit meter readings in your Bulb account
To give us a reading, head to your Bulb account and click 'Submit meter reading'. You can then choose whether you want to submit an 'electricity' or 'gas' reading.
