If you’re having trouble signing in to your Bulb Account using your password, we can send you a link to sign in directly. Just enter your email address at the sign in screen and click ‘Email me a link to sign in instantly’.
This will send an email to the address attached to your account. Clicking the button in this email will sign you in. Emails can sometimes end up in your Spam folder so be sure to check there.
Once in your account, you can change your password by clicking ‘Account & Tariff info’.
I’m getting an error message that my email isn’t right

Members that have switched away from Bulb will no longer be able to access their Bulb Account.
