If you’re having trouble signing in to your Bulb account using your password, we can email you a link to sign in directly. Just enter your email address at the sign in screen and choose ‘Email me a link to sign in instantly’.
We'll send an email to the address linked to your Bulb account. Clicking the button in this email will sign you in. If you don't get an email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Once you've signed in to your account, you can change your password by choosing ‘Account settings’.

If you’re sure you’ve entered the right email address but you're unable to sign in to your Bulb account, get in touch with us by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us on 0300 30 30 635. We’ll look into the problem for you.
Members who have switched away from Bulb will no longer be able to access their Bulb account after 6 months.
