What to do if I'm moving out?

Are you moving out? Easy.

Head over to your Bulb Account and click moving home.  We just need your move out date and final meter readings.

You can also email help@bulb.co.uk with this information.

We’ll close your account off after you move out and email you a final bill within a few days.  We’ll refund any credit you have, or take a final payment if we need to.

If you're moving into a new house and would like to keep us with you...

...thank you! The final step of the moving home process in your Bulb Account will take you to our join website where you can sign up your new property. We'll take your supply 3 weeks after you've signed up.

We recommend that you get in touch with the current supplier of the property so they know you’ve moved in. This article has more information on what to do if you want Bulb to supply your new home.
