We are regulated by OFGEM (Office of Gas and Electricity Markets).

OFGEM's role is to regulate the gas and electricity markets and protect the interests of current and future energy consumers.

Here is a list of some of the most important things they do:
- Control tariffs and pricing
- Promote fair competition within the industry
- Make sure the supply going into people's houses is secure
- Help suppliers reduce environmental damage
- Ensure suppliers meet the needs of vulnerable consumers

Being regulated by OFGEM means that we comply with their regulations and standards to make the energy industry a better and fairer place for consumers.
