You can sign in to your Bulb account with the email address you used when you joined Bulb. That’s the same email address that we send your monthly statements to.

If you don't know your password or it's tricky to type, choose ‘Email me a link to sign in instantly’ from the sign in page. We’ll send an email with a button that will sign you in. 

Remember to keep the email private. The sign in button expires after 24 hours, but anyone with the email will be able to access your account during this time.

You can also reset your password if you can't remember it.

If you don’t get an email to sign in

You should check your spam folder if you don’t get the email within a few minutes.

If you can’t find the email and you’re sure you’ve entered the right address, get in touch and we’ll look into the problem for you.
