Ideally, you would submit meter readings every month, within the three days before your payment date. This helps us make sure your monthly statements accurately show how much energy you’re using. We send a monthly reminder by email to submit them.
We know that’s not always possible, so a meter reading every three months is the next best thing. This allows us to use estimated readings very close to your actual usage.
