You can submit meter readings in your Bulb Account. Simply click ‘Submit a meter reading’ and click either ‘electricity’ or ‘gas’.
When switching to Bulb, we’ll need a meter reading from you within 5 days of your switch date. But we’ll remind you of this nearer the time.
If we’ve emailed you asking for a meter reading, the link in the email will expire after 24 hours. But don’t worry, you can simply enter meter readings in your Bulb Account.
