What to do if I’m moving into a new home?

If you’re a Bulb member, let us know you're moving by using the moving tool in your Bulb Account. Get started by clicking 'Moving Home' in the dashboard.

To become a Bulb member for the first time at your new home, sign up once you’ve moved in. Avoid delays by calling the current supplier at the property to set up an account with them.

Moving home can be stressful, so we’ve made it simple to get Bulb’s green energy powering your new home. Don’t worry, you won’t lose power during the switch.

Are you an existing Bulb member?

It’s simple to take us with you when you move. We just need to know the date you moved out and the final readings. You’ll then be ready to switch your new home. Just use the login details you already have for your Bulb account.

It’s a good idea to call the current supplier at your new place, otherwise they could block your switch to us.

Are you a first-time joiner?

Once you’ve moved in and set up an account with the existing energy supplier, simply switch to let us kick off your housewarming.
