Why is the meter reading in my account different from what I submitted?

We check the meter readings you give us against your expected usage. If they’re very different, we’ll double check with you before submitting them. In this case, we’ll ask you to send a photo of your meter display.

When your meter has been recently replaced our information may be out of date. Email us a photo of your meter to help@bulb.co.uk with the serial number and any stickers showing dates clearly displayed.
