Why didn’t you use the readings I submitted?

If your meter readings differ a lot from what we expect, we may double check them with you before we use them. Sending in a photo of your meter is a simple way to clear up any questions.

If your meter has recently been replaced, our information may be out of date and so your readings seem off to us. If this is the case, let us know and we’ll update the database.
