What should I do if I submitted the wrong meter readings?

You can email the correct readings to help@bulb.co.uk, or attach a photo of your meter if you’re not sure.

You can also phone us on 0300 30 30 635 or use our online chat on our help page at bulb.co.uk.

We’ll make the change for you and send a confirmation email as soon as it’s done.
