Can I change or select my switch date?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change or select your switch date.

Your switch takes 21 days to complete. If you have a specific date in mind that you’d like to switch on, then we’d suggest switching 3 weeks before this date.

You can cancel your switch within the first 14 days. Any time after that and you’ll have to wait until your switch is complete.

If you're in the last 49 days of your contract with your old supplier, you're free to leave without any charges. If you're outside of this, we'll refund your exit fees up to £60 per fuel.
