Can I add a second name to my account?

Yes, you can. But first, we need to make sure that the other person has given you permission to do this.

Send an email to from the address attached to your Bulb account, and Cc the person you want to add. In the email, tell us the second person's details and that you want to add them to your account.

We'll confirm with the second person that they want to be added to the account. We'll ask if they understand that being added means they will be jointly responsible for the account, including payments. 

Once they’ve confirmed this, we’ll go ahead and make the change.
