Paper statements

We offer paper statements as part of our free support services for members who need extra help. We can also send printed statements in large print or braille.

For our other members, we send all documents by email. This helps us reduce our environmental impact and member costs. If you need a printed copy, you can download and print any of your statements from your Bulb account. You’ll find them under 'Payments and statements'.
