First use up any credit you have remaining on your old card or key. We can’t transfer that credit to your Bulb ones.
Once you’ve used that credit, put your new Bulb key or card into the meter. Leave it there for 60 seconds or until you hear a beep. Your meter will now recognise the new key or card.
Take your key or card to anywhere you see a Paypoint or Payzone sign to top it up. You can find your closest Paypoint by searching with your postcode.
We’ll send you a prepaid envelope to return your old key or card if you’d like us to recycle it.
