What should I do if the account holder has passed away?

We can change the account holder at any time.

For legal reasons, we’d need a copy of the death certificate and the new account holder’s authorisation for our records. You can send these to help@bulb.co.uk where we'll be able to assist you.

The executor of the estate will be required to handle any remaining debit or credit left on the account. To sort this out they will need to contact us Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, on 0300 30 30 635 or email us on help@bulb.co.uk.
