What should I do if I have an unusual electricity meter?

Not all meters are the same. Some are nice and simple to use, some can be extremely confusing. Often the more complicated setups are known as Total Heat, Total Control, Weathercall, Dynamic or Exotic meters.

You can still switch to Bulb if you have one of these meters. Your usage will record on the same pattern as it does with your current supplier.

If you’d like to change the configuration of the meter, or to replace it, we’d advise speaking to your current supplier before switching to Bulb. We’re not able to communicate with these meters, so we are unable to reconfigure them.
