If you’re a Bulb member and you’d like to exchange your prepayment meter for a credit meter, then we can do this for you.
All that we ask is that you've been with us for at least one month, and are keeping up to date with all payments.
Once you’ve been with us for a month, we can then arrange for an engineer to visit your home and make the exchange. The cost of this is £120 per meter.
