The communication network that connects second generation smart meters is quite new. So we run a few checks to make sure there's a strong signal in your area before we invite you for an installation. When you choose your appointment, we'll also ask you a few things about your current meters, to make sure they're accessible to the engineer. If everything looks good, we'll get cracking with your installation. Find out what happens on installation day.
