You’ll get an email from Bulb before we make a payment via TransferWise
If we’re sending you a payment via TransferWise, we’ll always email you first to let you know a payment is coming, and why.
You’ll get an email from TransferWise asking for your banking details
To process your payment, TransferWise will also send you an email. It includes a link which will expire in 7 days.
They’ll ask you fill in details including your banking information. We do not store this information at Bulb, and TransferWise handle these details securely.

The payment will always have a Bulb reference on your bank statement
To make it easier to spot the payment, TransferWise will use a Bulb reference which will show up on your bank statement.
