What should I do if I think I've received a scam email or a phishing attempt?

Some of our members have told us they’ve received an email offering Bulb shares for sale. This is a fraudulent email and this offer is false: Bulb shares are not for sale. If you receive one of these emails, don’t reply to it. Our blog post has more information about this email and what to do if you receive one.

Let us know if you receive an email you think is suspicious

If you’re suspicious about an email that appears to be from Bulb, do not reply to it. Forward the email to privacy@bulb.co.uk so we can take action if we need to. Or, if your concern is urgent, call us on 0300 303 0635.

You can also file a report with the police online at Action Fraud.

Take Five to Stop Fraud have some useful tips on how to avoid email phishing attempts.
