Making a complaint about our direct sales

We’ve created a set of sales principles that our sales agents have pledged to follow:

  • we’ll be honest and transparent to a fault
  • we’ll always be respectful about other energy suppliers
  • we’ll never pressure you into joining Bulb

If you think our agents haven’t followed these principles, please let us know.

Email complaints@bulb.co.uk or call us on 0300 30 30 635. Include as much information as possible including time, location, name of agent, and the reason for the complaint.
