If you're having trouble paying for your business energy

We're here to help if you've been affected by coronavirus (COVID-19), or are having trouble paying for your business's energy usage.

Email business@bulb.co.uk, or call us on 0113 859 1350, and we can discuss how we can help you. We're available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Some of the ways we might be able to help include:

  • choosing a more convenient payment method
  • creating a payment plan based on what you can afford
  • giving advice on how to lower your bills by reducing the energy you use
