We’re changing our electricity prices for businesses

The cost to supply energy has gone up and we need to increase our electricity unit rates for our business members. This is the first time we’ve changed our business prices since November 2018.

You might have seen in the news that lots of suppliers are putting their prices up because the cost to supply energy has been rising. We've put off raising our prices for as long as we can but now, we do have to make a change.

Our business electricity prices are going up on 29 May

We’ll contact all our business members on Wednesday 28 April to explain what the changes mean for them.

For all current Bulb Business members, electricity unit rates will change on Saturday 29 May. We won’t be changing our standing charges or our gas prices.

We don’t do exit fees, so any member who is unhappy with this change can leave at any time without penalty. Although we’ll be sorry to see you go.

Members who switch to Bulb Business from 4pm on Wednesday 28 April will be on the new rates once their switch completes.

Simpler, cheaper and greener business energy

No-one likes a price change, but we believe we still offer great value for all our business members.

At Bulb our prices reflect the true cost of energy, so you're always on our best deal. We don't believe in fixed-price contracts or exit fees, which means you'll never pay a loyalty tax by sticking around. You can look up the new rates for your area by visiting the Bulb Business website.

Our energy will continue to be just as green as ever. We provide 100% renewable electricity and 100% carbon neutral gas to all our members as standard. You can find out more about our fuel mix on the Bulb website.

And we’re making business energy simple, too. We have an easy-to-use app and we’re here to support you if you need us.
