We’re contacting some members about a mistake we made after we closed their accounts. These members were due a refund. But due to a technical glitch, we refunded too much credit from their Bulb accounts back into their bank accounts.
A technical glitch meant we refunded too much credit
While we were updating their final bill based on new information, we had a technical glitch. This meant that instead of refunding these members a small amount they overpaid, we refunded more credit than we intended.
We are asking these former members to return the credit we refunded by mistake
We are contacting former members by phone or email to explain what’s happened and apologise. And we are asking them to repay the credit we sent them by mistake.
